Food Source International (FSI) is the leading food import, export, marketing, and distribution company dedicated to sourcing and delivering premium-quality food products for the hospitality industry in Vietnam, the UAE, and across the broader region. With a strong reputation and regional presence, FSI serves a diverse network of clients in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. For this B2B webdesign project, FSI initially wanted to build two separate websites—one for Vietnam and one for the UAE—using the same structure and layout but with completely different content. Instead of duplicating efforts, we recommended a multisite solution. This approach allows the company to manage both websites efficiently from a centralized dashboard, while still tailoring the content and language to fit each market. The multisite setup not only reduces maintenance time and cost but also improves consistency and scalability for future growth.
Without a centralized website, Food Source International struggles to build brand trust, provide real-time inventory updates, and capture market share in the growing international food trade sector, risking stagnation amid rising demand for traceable, ethical sourcing in 2025.
The goal is to create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and e-commerce-enabled website to showcase their premium global food products, enhance brand visibility, and capture both B2B and B2C markets. The solution aims to increase lead generation by 25% and recover lost inquiries by Q2 2025, positioning Food Source International competitively in the international food trade sector
By aligning the website with Food Source International's eco-conscious and cultural brand identity, we created a platform that not only showcases their premium products but also resonates with their target audience, ultimately driving engagement and sales.
